Without even looking at the laptop, he told me about how long it would take to fix it. HOW does he know??? He did. AND he fixed it and more. George does not exactly give away his services at almost $100/hr now. But he is efficient and fast. Well worth the expense. I don't let anyone else touch my laptops. Highly recommended.
